"Just like you, everyone in the village wants to have tea with me. You see, I am the only entertainer in the village. And to be an entertainer in a society like ours is not easy. Here men take pride in themselves and want to walk with dignity. They do not want their neighbours laughing at them or at their words. They want to be taken seriously. But I like being funny, it is in my nature. I like to make people laugh. I like to watch them forget their troubles and their nagging children, husbands and wives. I know that at many times they are laughing at me and not at my jokes. But that is okay. With me or at me, it is the same thing. I understand that they find it amusing to see me make fun of myself.
