It was amazing to spend some time with these men in Dhanusa. There was laughter and we did not mind some time in the cool shed away from the searing heat outside. Their stories revealed a lot about how these self-made men had triumphed over so many obstacles in their life and still continue living with grit and a full heart. I feel truly blessed to be able to share their stories with you. In this picture, I did not ask for a smile, but it was Lalindar Yadav bhai who jokingly said, "Dai, I would have prefered a single picture. A group picture with these old men is going to make me look old too. What are the girls going to say?"
