"My husband ended his own life. They found him hanging from the ceiling of the room he was staying at the time. He worked as a carpenter sawing furniture wood. I do not know what he was thinking. I was happy with him and so was he. Talking about it will only make me cry. There is only sadness. As months have passed, I have seen people happy and I have also smiled with them. Only sometimes. Sometimes, I feel like I should not. I feel like happiness is not for me. But the girls I train to make mudas seem happy. They are learning something they don't know. They also know what has happened to me and they will not leave me alone. They try to cheer me up and joke with me. When I am back home every evening, I think of my husband and cry. And then, I think of the girls I train. And their thoughts make my tears stop."
